Google led me to this site and I could not be happier to have encountered Chef Nivea. She was excellent in communicating from start to finish and really made our experience wonderful. Nivea was professional, equipped, knowledgeable and engaging. Plus, the food was fresh and flavorful - exactly what we wanted. I mean, what else can you ask for?! Oh, I guess you can really top of your experience with the interactive appetizer, We LOVED having this option and being able to assist the chef with our delicious meal.

Chef Lenny is AMAZING!! I organized a dinner for a bachelorette party of 8 and we had various dietary restrictions. Lenny was excellent to help me select a menu that would work for everyone. In particular the tuna tartar and short ribs were huge hits!!! This was our best meal all week. Absolutely incredible!!Lenny also left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived! We were all so impressed with Chef Lenny.

Chef Luis is over all an amazing chef. It was my wife’s birthday and I decided to have a chef cook a birthday dinner just for her. His menu was just incredible. For starters he made an amazing potato soup, never had a soup like this before. Followed by mini yuca mofongo with suckling pig, which he made for 6 hours the night before. I can’t fully describe the taste, because it was beyond amazing. Then followed a tropical salad, which I will not describe, because it would take to long. Just trust me is was amazing.Then came the main dish. Mashed malanga, with fillet mignon medallions cooked is sousvides, red wine demiglase tamarind and crispy onions. Need I say anything else. It was so amazing, the meat melted in our mouths, the malanga was incredible.Then he finished off with coconut flan with caramel inside. To die for. The whole experience was worth every penny. Everything from presentation to taste was perfect. To have a chef cook just for you and no one else is amazing enough, but when you get Chef Louis to do it, it tops it all.

However, depending on the complexity of the menu, the chef may prepare a mise en place before going to the client's home, as some dishes take several hours to prepare and it would be impossible to execute all the steps at the client's home.

Absolutely! Usually, there are always several food lovers among the diners who take the opportunity to share some time with the chef, learn some tricks in the kitchen and the step-by-step of each of the dishes on the menu. For those diners who really want to get hands on, they can of course join the chef and cook!

Every Private Chef gives the utmost importance to the freshness of the ingredients used in their menus. The main difference between a restaurant and a private chef is in the personalized treatment of each diner.
