How Do I Make These Olive Garden Copycat Breadsticks Vegan?

  1. In a glass bowl, mix the water, olive oil, sugar, garlic powder, and yeast. Stir and allow to sit for 5 minutes for yeast to activate.
  2. Add the flour and salt and stir until dough forms into a sticky ball. Cover with a kitchen towel and allow to rise for 2 hours until warm.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Diving dough into 12 equal balls, roll each ball into a 8-inch long breadstick. Place each breadstick on the baking sheet, and brush with olive oil and a small pinch or garlic salt each.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven until the breadsticks begin to brown at the top… mangia!

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
